Honda is officially one of the most popular car brands in the United States. According to recent retail vehicle registrations, four Honda vehicles are America’s most popular vehicles. The Honda Accord, Civic, CR-V, and Odyssey were top choices in each of their segments for 2014 with more U.S. car buyers purchasing them than their competitors.
“Retail sales are simply a better yardstick for measuring real-world product appeal, and Honda’s focus on retail sales translates to higher resale value and lower lifetime ownership costs for our customers,” said Jeff Conrad, senior vice president and general manager of the Honda Division. “We’re looking to build on our retail sales momentum in the light truck category in the year ahead with innovative new products including the new Honda HR-V crossover and redesigned Pilot SUV.”
Honda’s current lineup consists of three of the top six best-selling passenger vehicles in the United States—the Accord, CR-V, and Civic. Each of these models are also the brand’s best-selling models and accounted for more than one million vehicle registrations in 2014 alone. With a combination of performance, fuel efficiency, and reliability, these Honda vehicles can’t be beat.
