Honda’s LaneWatch blind spot display innovation has won another award recently. The magazine Good Housekeeping released their pick for the 2013 “Very Innovative Products” (VIP) Award, and there were a grand total of nine awards dealt.
The only automotive brand to receive an award this year was Honda. The new product LaneWatch was created to help beter navigate the roads while maintaining utmost safety and precaution. Good Housekeeping received over 1,500 entries for new products, where the scientists and engineers would fully diagnose new products in the Good Housekeeping Research Institute.
The all-new 2013 Honda Accord, which was also recently named to the IIHS Top Safety Pick, provides a camera mounting on the right side to show real-time footage on a screen in the middle of the dashboard.
