At Valley Honda we couldn’t be more honored to receive the 2016 Honda President’s Award. This is the tenth year in a row our dealership has received this accolade, and we couldn’t have done it without our great customers. We strive to provide one of the best car-buying experiences in the region, and we’re so happy our customers are satisfied.

The President’s Award is given by the Honda brand for dealerships that excel in customer satisfaction, sales, and management. Only about 15% of dealerships receive the President’s Award, and it’s based on several criteria. Customer surveys are one of the major ways Honda determines winners, as well as service retention, brand representation, and overall sales records.

“This program is designed to recognize top-performing dealerships in the areas of sales, customer treatment, service retention, business management, and facilities,” reads the Honda President’s Award bulletin. “Dealerships must achieve all program criteria to be awarded President’s Award status.”
